Theme Maker is a tool for building new themes for Nokia 770. It is a Java application that works in Windows XP, OSX, Linux, you name it. It is intended for just about anybody with an idea of what a good looking theme should look like. Making a theme is so simple that just about anybody can do that.

 

I started to make Theme Maker after being unsatisfied with the font sizes that Nokia Internet Tablet 770 had by default. However, after a few hacks it started to seem that there could be more to it than just making themes with smaller font sizes. Tuomas Kuosmanen from Nokia helped me to get started with theming and thus Theme Maker was born. It is still in the pre 1.0 versions, as it is still missing a few minor additions and bug fixes. 1.0 version should be coming before December 2006.
